Order processing & Dispatch:
Working Hours:
- Our showroom and operations team operate Tuesday to Sunday, From 2 PM to 10 PM.
- Orders are dispatched Sunday to Thursday only.
- No dispatches take place on Friday or Saturday.
- Any order placed after 7PM on Thursday, Friday or Saturday will be processed and dispatched on Sunday.

All items are either ready to ship or made to order. Lead times are as follows:

Important note: Delivery time starts from the date of dispatch, not the date you place your order. If your wedding date is less than 6 weeks away, please contact us before ordering. We will always confirm if your required date is possible before production begins.

Additional local delivery terms:
- The courier will always contact you via WhatsApp 1-2 hours before arrival
- Please ensure you provide an active and reachable phone number with your order
- Couriers will make 2 delivery attempts. If no one is available after 2 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our showroom.
International Delivery:
Tallah proudly ships worldwide. We have already delivered our pieces to brides in over 10 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Canada, UAE, UK and USA.
- All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority, fully tracked and signed for.
- Standard international delivery time is 7-14 working days from dispatch.
- You will receive full tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

All customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are 100% included in the price you see at checkout. There are no hidden fees, and no surprise charges on delivery. This is something almost no other international bridal brand offers.
Rush Orders:
We understand that wedding dates can sometimes be last minute. If you require your order faster than the standard lead times, please email us directly at karim.ahmed1006@gmail.com before placing your order. We are almost always able to accommodate rush requests, often at no additional charge.
General Terms:
- In the event of any delay beyond the maximum published delivery time, you have the full right to cancel your order and receive a 100% refund in accordance with Egyptian consumer law.
- Once your order has entered production, it can not be cancelled. We will always notify you by email before production begins.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details provided are correct. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
