All lead times are before dispatch. Delivery time is additional.

Yes. We almost always can accommodate rush orders, often at no extra charge. If your wedding date is less than 6 weeks away, please email us before placing your order. We will always confirm if we can meet your date before you pay.

If you have an urgent deadline, call us directly. We have delivered veils to brides in as little as 3 days in emergency situations. We will always do everything we possibly can to help.

You can make any changes you want up until production begins. Once production has started we are unfortunately unable to accept modifications. We will always send you a separate confirmation email before production starts.

Yes. We offer fully custom veils to any design, length or specification. Please Call us to discuss your requirements.

Yes. You will receive a full tracking number via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. The courier will also contact you directly 1-2 hours before they arrive.

We dispatch orders Sunday to Thursday. No orders are dispatched on Friday or Saturday. Any order placed after 7pm Thursday, Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday.

Absolutely. This is one of our most important policies. The courier will wait for you to open and fully inspect your order before you accept it. If you are not happy for any reason you can refuse the order with no further charge.

Yes. Tallah proudly ships to every country in the world. We have already delivered our pieces to brides in over 10 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Canada, UAE, UK and USA.

7-14 working days from dispatch, via FedEx International Priority.

No. This is our unique guarantee. All customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are 100% included in the price you see at checkout. There are no hidden fees, and no surprise charges on delivery. Almost no other bridal brand offers this.

Yes. You will receive a full FedEx tracking number immediately on dispatch, and updates at every stage of delivery.

You can inspect and refuse any order at the time of delivery for any reason.

After delivery:
  • Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund.
  • Eligible items can be exchanged within 14 days.
  • Made-to-order veils, earrings and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and legal reasons.

 If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please email us within 7 days with photographs. We will arrange collection at our cost, and offer you a full refund, replacement or store credit.

Yes. Our showroom in Faisal, Giza is open Tuesday to Sunday 2pm to 10pm. No appointment is required, but we recommend messaging us in advance if you are coming to view a specific veil.

If you have provided us with your wedding date and we have confirmed in writing that your order will arrive on time, we take full responsibility. In the extremely unlikely event we are unable to deliver in time, you will receive a full 100% refund and we will do everything possible to provide you with a suitable alternative.
