Returns & Exchange Policy

This policy operates in full compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2022.

Delivery Inspection Procedure

This is the single most important clause, and is explicitly permitted and endorsed by the Egyptian Consumer Protection Authority:

  • All customers have the full right to inspect their order completely before accepting delivery. The courier will wait for you to open and check the entire contents of your parcel for any damage, defects or incorrect items.
  • If you are not completely satisfied at the time of delivery, you may refuse the entire order or any individual item. You will not be required to pay for the value of any item you refuse on delivery.
  • Once you have signed for and accepted delivery, this confirms that you have inspected the items and found them to be in good condition and as ordered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item. or an item with a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery.
  • Please send clear photographs of the item and packaging to karim.ahmed1006@gmail.com
  • We will arrange to collect the item from you at our cost, within 5 working days.
  • You will have the option to receive a full 100% refund, an identical replacement.

Non Returnable Items

Under Article 27 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Regulations, the following items are explicitly exempt from return rights:

  • All made-to-order and bespoke veils
  • All customised items
  • Earrings and piercing jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewellery sets
  • Any item purchased on a final sale

Exchanges

For all eligible items not listed above:

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • Returned with all original packaging
  • Exchanges are permitted for:
    • A different size
    • A different colour
    • A different style of equal or higher value
  • The customer is responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Shipping costs for the new item
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:
    • The exchange will be dispatched within 2 working days

General Terms

  • All return and exchange requests must be initiated by text message first
  • Please do not send items back before contacting us

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
  • In all cases, any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of Egyptian Consumer Protection Law
